Terms of Service

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS regarding quotes, marketing, scheduling, and job updates from Mossy Landscaping.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to our number. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
f you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at mossylandscaping@gmail.com.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
Client agrees to provide Mossy Landscaping access to the property on scheduled work days. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured.
Mossy Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities (irrigation, lighting cables, invisible fences) or pre-existing property issues.
Invoices are sent via [Text/Email] upon job completion. Payments are due within [X] days. Late fees of [X]% apply to overdue balances.
Cancellation: "Please provide 24 hours notice for service cancellations to avoid a trip fee.
